About the loss, theft or other card-related trouble

What should I do or who should I contact if I’ve lost my card (or if it was stolen)?

For HILLS CARD Mastercard (can also be used as a credit card):
Please contact both (1) and (2) below.
(1) HILLS CARD Mastercard Dedicated Desk (0120-156-290 / 9:30-17:30 excluding year-end and New Year holidays *Loss/theft reception is open 24 hours)
(If you are not connected to an operator, follow the announcement and press 1.)
When reissuing, you will be required to pay a reissuing fee determined by the affiliated credit card issuer.

(2) HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410 / 10:00-18:00 open all year round)
Lost (stolen) cards will not be able to register or exchange points.

What should I do if the magnetic stripe on the card is defective?

For HILLS CARD Mastercard (can also be used as a credit card):
Please contact HILLS CARD Mastercard dedicated desk (0120-156-290 / 9:30-17:30, except year-end and New Year holidays *Loss and theft reception is open 24 hours).
In that case, you may be required to pay a reissue fee determined by the affiliated credit card issuer.
If you want to accumulate Hills Points while waiting for your new card to arrive, please download and use HILLS APP. In addition, Hills Points accumulated during the reissue period will be added up if you register the reissued HILLS CARD Mastercard in HILLS APP.
