This is not a problem.
The HILLS CARD number that is shown in the app (a ten-digit number starting with “8”) is a number used for the HILLS APP even after you register your HILLS CARD.
You can still use your existing HILLS CARD as before.
If the HILLS Points that you’ve accrued on your HILLS CARD as well as your annual purchase amount for this year are displaying correctly in the HILLS APP after your HILLS CARD is registered, the integration process was successfully finished, so there is no problem.
If the Hills Points or similar benefits that you've accrued on your HILLS CARD are not showing up in the HILLS APP, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410; open from 10:00 am through 6:00 pm year-round)
Your HILLS CARD cannot be linked to the HILLS APP if there are any differences in the personal information you’ve registered with each one.
Examples of reasons why you cannot register a card:In the event that you attempt to unsuccessfully link your card multiple times with the app, the app will be locked. If you have any questions, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410; open from 10:00 am through 6:00 pm year-round).
On the HILLS APP menu screen, check whether “Register your HILLS CARD” is displayed.
If you see this message, your HILLS CARD is not registered with the HILLS APP. If you do not see this message, your HILLS CARD is already registered with the app.You can register by tapping "Register your HILLS CARD" and entering HILLS CARD number (10 digits at the bottom of the card face).
Your existing HILLS Points and annual purchase amount will be added to the HILLS APP. Also, your Premium Stage status and other information for this year will be reflected in the HILLS APP.
