About the linking your HILLS ID and HILLS CARD

I’m currently using the HILLS APP. What will happen to my HILLS CARD?

On the menu screen of the HILLS APP, tap “Register your HILLS CARD” and enter the 10-digit HILLS CARD number shown at the bottom of the card on the front side.
Your existing Hills Points and annual purchase total will be added to the HILLS APP.

I registered my HILLS CARD with the HILLS APP, but the app shows a different HILLS CARD number from the one I have on hand. Is this a problem?

This is not a problem.

The HILLS CARD number that is shown in the app (a ten-digit number starting with “8”) is a number used for the HILLS APP even after you register your HILLS CARD.

You can still use your existing HILLS CARD as before.


If the HILLS Points that you’ve accrued on your HILLS CARD as well as your annual purchase amount for this year are displaying correctly in the HILLS APP after your HILLS CARD is registered, the integration process was successfully finished, so there is no problem.

 

If the Hills Points or similar benefits that you've accrued on your HILLS CARD are not showing up in the HILLS APP, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410; open from 10:00 am through 6:00 pm year-round)

I'm not able tp register my HILLS CARD from either the “Register your HILLS CARD” option on the HILLS APP, or the “Link Your HILLS CARD” option on the website.

I tried to link my HILLS CARD Mastercard with my HILLS ID, but accidentally linked the HILLS CARD number of my Member's Point Card.

If you registered the HILLS CARD number of the Member's Point Card when you enrolled in the HILLS CARD Mastercard switching, the information of the Member's Point Card and the card with can also be used as a credit card will be integrated.
In that case, the screen for the parking fee service will be displayed in the app. If you do not see the parking fee service screen, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410 / 10: 00-18: 00, 7 days a week).

When I try to register my HILLS CARD with the HILLS APP, the message “The app and card could not be linked, as the personal information registered with the HILLS APP and the card you are linking does not match” is shown, but I don’t know what doesn’t match.

Your HILLS CARD cannot be linked to the HILLS APP if there are any differences in the personal information you’ve registered with each one.

Examples of reasons why you cannot register a card:
・ The name registered on your card is your maiden name or the Kanji characters used are different.
・ The contact information registered for your card is different or contact information is not registered.

Please amend the member information so that the registered personal information matches.

In the event that you attempt to unsuccessfully link your card multiple times with the app, the app will be locked. If you have any questions, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410; open from 10:00 am through 6:00 pm year-round).

I received the HILLS CARD Mastercard, but there is no "Register your HILLS CARD" in the menu of the HILLS APP.

If you enter the 10-digit HILLS CARD number starting with 8 displayed on the HILLS APP when you switch to the HILLS CARD Mastercard, the HILLS APP and the HILLS CARD Mastercard will be automatically linked. You do not have to register yourself.

How can I check whether my HILLS CARD is registered with the HILLS APP?

On the HILLS APP menu screen, check whether “Register your HILLS CARD” is displayed.

If you see this message, your HILLS CARD is not registered with the HILLS APP. If you do not see this message, your HILLS CARD is already registered with the app.
(1) Open “Menu”at the bottom right of the HILLS APP screen
(2) When "Register your HILLS CARD" is displayed ▼⇒ Your card is not registered


You can register by tapping "Register your HILLS CARD" and entering HILLS CARD number (10 digits at the bottom of the card face).

Your existing HILLS Points and annual purchase amount will be added to the HILLS APP. Also, your Premium Stage status and other information for this year will be reflected in the HILLS APP.
