About the loss, theft or other card-related trouble

What should I do or who should I contact if I’ve lost my card (or if it was stolen)?

For HILLS CARD Mastercard (can also be used as a credit card):
Please contact both (1) and (2) below.
(1) HILLS CARD Mastercard Desk (0120-156-290 / 9:30-17:30 (excluding Sundays and the New Year holidays) *Reception for lost or stolen items is open 24 hours a day)
(If you are not connected to an operator, please follow the announcement and press 1.)
When reissuing a card, you will be required to pay the reissue fee set by the affiliated credit card issuer.

(2) HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410 / 10:00-18:00 Open every day)
If a card is lost or stolen, points cannot be registered or exchanged.

Please note that when you contact us, we may ask you to provide some customer information to verify your identity.

What should I do if the magnetic stripe on the card is defective?

For HILLS CARD Mastercard (can also be used as a credit card):
Please contact HILLS CARD Mastercard Desk (0120-156-290 / 9:30-17:30 excluding Sundays and the New Year holidays *Reception for lost or stolen cards is open 24 hours a day).
In this case, you may be required to pay a reissue fee set by the affiliated credit card issuer.
If you would like to collect Hills Points until your new card arrives, please download and use HILLS APP. In addition, Hills Points accumulated during the reissue period will be combined if you register your reissued HILLS CARD Mastercard on HILLS APP.
