What should I do if the magnetic strip on HILLS CARD Mastercard becomes defective?

Please contact HILLS CARD Mastercard Desk (0120-156-290 / 9:30-17:30, excluding Sundays and the New Year holidays *Reception for lost or stolen cards is open 24 hours a day).
In such cases, you may be required to pay a reissue fee set by the affiliated credit card issuer.
If you would like to collect Hills Points until your new HILLS CARD Mastercard arrives, please use HILLS APP.
