How do I unsubscribe from the e-mail newsletters?
Please tap the "HILLS CARD Number" displayed on the menu screen of HILLS APP and proceed from "Confirm/Change HILLS CARD Confirmation/Change Member Information".
You can also complete the procedure from "My Page" on our website.
If you are a first-time customer, please go to the "New Member Registration" registration screen, or if you are already a registered member, please log in and click "Confirmation/Change Member Information" to complete the procedure.

What types of e-mail newsletters are there and how often?
There are two types:
・HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Mail News (approximately once or twice a month)
We will deliver various information about each facility and area, such as the latest information on Roppongi Hills, Azabudai Hills, Toranomon Hills, ARK Hills, Omotesando Hills, Atago Green Hills etc., shopping and gourmet information, and featured articles from "HILLS LIFE DAILY" that reports on current Tokyo.
We also provide information on individual stores selected from among the shops and restaurants eligible for Hills Points, so please take a look.
・KIDS & FAMILY Mail News (every other month)
We provide timely information to help you enjoy Hills with your children. It is full of information about family-friendly stores, seasonal events, and places to go.
I’m a HILLS CARD member, but why am I getting multiple HILLS CARD e-mail newsletters?
Multiple sets of HILLS CARD member information might be registered with the same e-mail address.
As a general rule, only one HILLS CARD can be used per person.
If you still have an unused card, please cancel your membership on that card.
If you have any questions, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD customer center (03-6406-6410; open from 10:00 am through 6:00 pm year-round).
