Is there a joining fee or an annual fee?

HILLS APP / HILLS CARD Mastercard (can also be used as a credit card): No admission fee or annual fee

Are there any fees charged aside from joining fee or annual fee for using the HILLS APP?

For the HILLS APP, customers are responsible for telecommunications fees (packet charges) associated with downloading and using the app. Telecommunications fees vary depending on the provider you are using and your contracted plan. Please contact the provider you contract with for details.

Is there an expiration date for my card or membership qualifications?

For HILLS APP:
If there is no use for 48 months from the month of the last point registration (however, if you have not registered points even once after membership registration, it will be the month of membership registration) lose eligibility.

For HILLS CARD Mastercard (can also be used as a credit card):
Since it is a credit card, the card has an expiration date, but when the expiration date arrives, we will send you a renewal card with a new expiration date. However, we may not send you a renewal card with a new expiration date when the expiration date arrives, such as when credit card payments have not been used for a certain period of time.
In addition, if you have not used HILLS CARD for 48 months from the month in which you registered your final points (however, if you have not registered for points after registering as a member, it will be the month in which you registered as a member). Membership will be terminated at the end of the month. In this case, only the credit card function will be valid until the date indicated on the card.

What should I do if my address, phone number or other information has changed, or if my last name has changed due to marriage or other reasons?

For HILLS APP:
If you tap the name displayed on the menu screen of HILLS APP, the "Confirm/Change HILLS CARD Confirmation/Change Member Information" screen will be displayed, and you can change it yourself.

For HILLS CARD Mastercard (can also be used as a credit card):
Please contact HILLS CARD Mastercard dedicated desk (0120-156-290 / 9:30-17:30, excluding year-end and New Year holidays *Loss and theft reception is available 24 hours a day).

Can someone besides myself change my registered member information?

As this data is personal information, only members are allowed to change their own information.

What do I need to do to cancel my membership?

HILLS APP Note to customers who have linked their HILLS CARD Masetercard to :
You can continue to use HILLS CARD Mastercard after the connection is made, so there is no need to cancel your membership.
