About the HILLS CARD Mastercard® credit functionality

What is the cutoff date for credit use, and what is the date that the funds are withdrawn from my bank account?

Withdrawals are made on the 27th of the month following the end of each month. If the 27th is a bank holiday, the withdrawal is made the next business day.

Will a billing statement be issued?

As part of our environmental initiatives, we are asking you to stop receiving billing statements by mail and to switch to checking your statements online (mailing cancellation service). If you would like to continue receiving your statements by mail, you will be charged a set fee (220 yen [tax included] per statement).
Your billing statement will be sent between the 15th and 20th of each month.

How can I increase the available shopping slots?

If you wish to increase your shopping credit limit, please apply as follows, depending on the desired amount.
*Please note that your application may not be approved depending on the review process conducted by Orient Corporation.

<If your desired amount is 3 million yen or less>
Please apply through e-Orico.
Increase your available credit limit>
*The changes will be reflected in as little as two business days (you can check your new available credit limit on e-Orico).

<If the desired amount exceeds 3 million yen>
After notifying the dedicated desk by phone, please submit the "Credit Card Limit Change Application Form" that you will receive from Orient Corporation.
*Only those who already have HILLS CARD Mastercard can apply.
*New members can also apply once they receive their card (the maximum available credit limit upon joining is 2 million yen).
*If your application is approved, it will be reflected in your account approximately one week after you submit your application.

When applying for a new or replacement HILLS CARD Mastercard select "Apply" in the "ETC Card" section.
If you are already using HILLS CARD Mastercard, you can apply via your card company's website.
