About the HILLS CARD Mastercard® credit functionality

What is the cutoff date for credit use, and what is the date that the funds are withdrawn from my bank account?

Withdrawals are made on the 27th of the month following the end of each month. If the 27th is a bank holiday, the withdrawal is made the next business day.

Will a billing statement be issued?

As part of our environmentally friendly efforts, we request that you stop mailing from the usage statement issued in April 2022 and switch to the method of checking on the WEB statement (mailing suspension service). If you wish to continue to mail the statement, you will be required to pay the prescribed fee (110 yen [tax included] per mail).
In that case, the usage statement will be delivered from the 15th to the 20th of every month.

How can I increase the available shopping slots?

If you wish to increase your available shopping limit, please contact the dedicated desk below. The upper limit for the increase is 3 million yen. If you are the person, you can apply on the spot over the phone.
