What operating systems are recommended for use with the HILLS APP?
We recommend iOS 16.0 or higher and Android 11.0 or higher for HILLS APP. (It may not work properly on some devices)
Can I keep using the HILLS APP even if I switch to a new smartphone?
You can continue to use it by downloading the HILLS APP on your new smartphone and logging in with your registered HILLS ID and password.
If you have already registered your HILLS ID, please be careful not to register a new one.
If you have forgotten your HILLS ID, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410 / 10: 00-18: 00, 7 days a week).
The HILLS APP is not activated.
Make sure that your device's operating system meets our recommendations, and try starting the HILLS APP again in a location where your device can receive a strong signal.
If this still does not work, please contact the HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center (03-6406-6410; open from 10:00 am through 6:00 pm year-round.)
Sometimes the HILLS APP doesn't work well, is there a solution?

・ I can't log in
・ I can't read even if I hold the membership card screen of the app.
・ The discount is not applied even if you hold the parking fee service screen over the pre-payment machine.
In the above cases, a temporary error may have occurred. It may be resolved by forcibly terminating the HILLS APP running in the background or logging out. Sorry to trouble you, but please try it.
