HILLS APP membership registration is required. After registering as a member of HILLS APP, please register as a member of the parking lot ticketless service.
You can use the hourly parking lots in Azabudai Hills (excluding Janu Tokyo's valet parking service). Other parking lots do not currently offer the parking ticketless service.
There are no restrictions on time or period for using the parking lot ticketless service. However, usage restrictions may be temporarily imposed due to system maintenance, etc.
There are no joining fees or usage fees.Parking FeeYou will be required to pay the amount specified by our company. Users are responsible for smartphone communication charges, etc.
There are no parking fee discount benefits as part of the ticketless parking service. For other parking fee discount benefits (Premium Passport [4-star and 3-star members], HILLS CARD Mastercard), please see the respective links.
It cannot be used for rental cars or car sharing. Only private cars are allowed. In addition, there are some vehicles that cannot be registered, such as those with diplomatic plates.
There are no restrictions on the carrier of the smartphone you use.
We recommend that the smartphone OS is iOS 16.0 or higher and Android 11.0 or higher (it may not work properly on some devices).
The following information is required.
1) Vehicle number (license plate) to be used
2) Credit card information used for payment
It is possible to register for the parking lot ticketless service even while entering the parking lot.
However, for vehicles that have already entered the venue, you will be able to apply discounts through the parking lot ticketless service and use advance web payment (credit card payment on HILLS APP) from the next time you enter.
When registering as a joint user, there is no need to register vehicle information. Tap "Proceed without registering the vehicle" to complete the registration.
If you are unable to register your vehicle, there may be the following reasons:
1) The maximum number of 5 vehicles has already been registered.
2) The vehicle you are trying to register has already been registered by another person.
Once you cancel the above registration, you will be able to register your vehicle.

If you do not have a credit card, you cannot use the parking lot ticketless service.
In order to receive HILLS CARD Mastercard discount, you must link HILLS CARD Mastercard to HILLS ID in advance. Please note that even if you register HILLS CARD Mastercard as your credit card information for the parking lot ticketless service, it will not be automatically linked to HILLS ID.

Only one credit card can be registered.
If you wish to make changes, please go to the "Parking Lot Ticketless Service Dedicated Site > My Page > Change Credit Information" screen from HILLS APP, enter the necessary information, and change your registration.
In order to register as a joint user, the person who will be the joint user must complete the following registration in advance.
1) Be registered as a member of HILLS APP
2) Be registered as a member of the parking lot ticketless service.
Please note that even if the above conditions are met, those who fall under the following conditions will not be able to register as joint users in a new group.
1) Those who have already registered as a joint user in another group
2) Those who are already a representative in another group
Please meet with us directly and complete the registration process in person. The representative can register as a joint user by scanning HILLS APP membership card QR code of the joint user.
If a certain amount of time (approximately 1 hour) passes without completing the approval process, the approval process will be automatically canceled. We are assuming that you will complete the approval procedure in front of the person who will be your representative, so please complete the approval procedure as soon as possible.

Hills Points are not earned when paying parking fees.
Hills Points cannot be used to pay for parking fees.
Please participate within 30 minutes after completing the advance online payment. Additional parking charges will apply after 30 minutes. In this case, the parking fee will be recalculated retroactively from the time of entry, and you will be required to pay only the difference between the parking fee and the previously paid parking fee.

You can check the history of up to 200 items within the past 90 days on HILLS APP 's ``Parking Lot Ticketless Service Site > My Page > Usage History'' screen.
Anyone who is registered as a joint user can make payments.
The parking fee discount service provided by Premium Passport [4-star and 3-star members] is only applicable to one person per payment.
The parking fee discount service provided by HILLS CARD Mastercard is only applicable to one person per payment.
Discount information for users (including those who are registered as joint users) cannot be divided and applied to multiple vehicles.
Is possible. From HILLS APP, go to the ``Parking Lot Ticketless Service Dedicated Site > My Page > Specify Discount Applicable Vehicles'' screen and specify the target vehicle. In this case, the discount information associated with the user (including those who are registered as joint users) will only be applied to the payment for the specified vehicle, and will not be applied to other vehicles.

Parking tickets will be issued at the parking lot management office. If you present this parking ticket at checkout, a discount will be applied to the parking fee according to the purchase amount at the time of checkout. You can apply the discount to the purchase amount of the person accompanying you (outside your group) using the method below.
1) When paying with advance payment machine
A parking ticket issued by the parking management office is required. Please insert the issued parking ticket into the advance payment machine.
If your accompanying person (outside your group) uses HILLS APP to earn points, please scan HILLS APP, or if the person using HILLS CARD Mastercard, scan HILLS CARD Mastercard according to the instructions on the payment machine screen.

2) When paying at the exit payment machine
It recognizes the vehicle's license plate and starts payment, so there is no need for a parking ticket.

You can pay the parking fee at the exit payment machine at the exit gate even if you do not have a parking ticket. However, please note that HILLS APP membership card QR code cannot be read at the exit payment machine.

Please confirm that your smartphone's OS is within the recommended environment, and restart the app in a location with a good communication environment.

There may be an error in the registration of the vehicle number, or there may be a reading error. Please press the parking ticket issue button to obtain a parking ticket. The entrance gate will open, so after parking, please contact your local parking lot attendant or HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center 03-6406-6410 (open 7 days a week, 10:00-18:00). We will investigate and respond.
The gate opened automatically because the vehicle was recognized as registered with the parking lot ticketless service. If you are not sure, there is a possibility that the vehicle number (license plate) was incorrectly registered by a third party, or there was a reading error.

A parking ticket will be issued at the parking lot management office, so please insert it into the advance payment machine or exit payment machine to pay. There are two ways to receive discounts based on your purchase amount:
1) If you have HILLS APP
Please present HILLS APP at checkout to earn points. If you hold HILLS APP membership card QR code over the advance payment machine, a discount will be applied according to the purchase amount (discounts will not be applied at the exit payment machine).
2) If you have HILLS CARD Mastercard
Please present HILLS CARD Mastercard at checkout to earn points. When you insert HILLS CARD Mastercard into the advance payment machine or exit payment machine, a discount will be applied according to the purchase amount.
3) If you do not have either HILLS APP or HILLS CARD Mastercard
Please present your parking ticket at checkout. Register the purchase amount using the terminal at the store. When you insert your parking ticket into the advance payment machine or exit payment machine, a discount will be applied according to the purchase amount linked to the parking ticket.
