About parking ticketless service

  • Can anyone use it?
    A

    HILLS APP membership registration is required. After registering as a member of HILLS APP, please register as a member of the parking lot ticketless service.

  • Which parking lots can I use?
    A

    You can use the hourly parking lots in Azabudai Hills (excluding Janu Tokyo's valet parking service). Other parking lots do not currently offer the parking ticketless service.

  • Are there any restrictions on the time of day or period in which it can be used?
    A

    There are no restrictions on time or period for using the parking lot ticketless service. However, usage restrictions may be temporarily imposed due to system maintenance, etc.

  • If I register as a member of the parking lot ticketless service, will there be a membership fee or usage fee?
    A

    There are no joining fees or usage fees.Parking FeeYou will be required to pay the amount specified by our company. Users are responsible for smartphone communication charges, etc.

  • If I register as a member of the Parking Ticketless Service, will I receive a discount on parking fees?
    A

    There are no parking fee discount benefits as part of the ticketless parking service. For other parking fee discount benefits (Premium Passport [4-star and 3-star members], HILLS CARD Mastercard), please see the respective links.

  • Can I use it by renting a car or car sharing?
    A

    It cannot be used for rental cars or car sharing. Only private cars are allowed. In addition, there are some vehicles that cannot be registered, such as those with diplomatic plates.

  • Are there any restrictions on smartphone carriers?
    A

    There are no restrictions on the carrier of the smartphone you use.

  • Is there a recommended OS for smartphones?
    A

    We recommend that the smartphone OS is iOS 16.0 or higher and Android 11.0 or higher (it may not work properly on some devices).

Member registration

  • What information do I need to register as a member?
    A

    The following information is required.
    1) Vehicle number (license plate) to be used
    2) Credit card information used for payment

  • Can I use the parking lot ticketless service for newly registered vehicles while entering the parking lot?
    A

    It is possible to register for the parking lot ticketless service even while entering the parking lot.
    However, for vehicles that have already entered the venue, you will be able to apply discounts through the parking lot ticketless service and use advance web payment (credit card payment on HILLS APP) from the next time you enter.

  • Do I need to register my vehicle when registering as a joint user?
    A

    When registering as a joint user, there is no need to register vehicle information. Tap "Proceed without registering the vehicle" to complete the registration.

  • Unable to register vehicle.
    A

    If you are unable to register your vehicle, there may be the following reasons:
    1) The maximum number of 5 vehicles has already been registered.
    2) The vehicle you are trying to register has already been registered by another person.

    Once you cancel the above registration, you will be able to register your vehicle.

  • Can I use the parking lot ticketless service without a credit card?
    A

    If you do not have a credit card, you cannot use the parking lot ticketless service.

  • If I register HILLS CARD Mastercard as my credit card, can I receive HILLS CARD Mastercard discount?
    A

    In order to receive HILLS CARD Mastercard discount, you must link HILLS CARD Mastercard to HILLS ID in advance. Please note that even if you register HILLS CARD Mastercard as your credit card information for the parking lot ticketless service, it will not be automatically linked to HILLS ID.

  • Can I register more than one credit card?
    A

    Only one credit card can be registered.
    If you wish to make changes, please go to the "Parking Lot Ticketless Service Dedicated Site > My Page > Change Credit Information" screen from HILLS APP, enter the necessary information, and change your registration.

Joint user registration

  • Are there any conditions to become a joint user?
    A

    In order to register as a joint user, the person who will be the joint user must complete the following registration in advance.
    1) Be registered as a member of HILLS APP
    2) Be registered as a member of the parking lot ticketless service.

    Please note that even if the above conditions are met, those who fall under the following conditions will not be able to register as joint users in a new group.
    1) Those who have already registered as a joint user in another group
    2) Those who are already a representative in another group

  • Will I be able to register as a joint user unless I meet the representative in person?
    A

    Please meet with us directly and complete the registration process in person. The representative can register as a joint user by scanning HILLS APP membership card QR code of the joint user.

  • What will happen if the person who becomes a joint user does not approve the notification requesting approval for joint user registration?
    A

    If a certain amount of time (approximately 1 hour) passes without completing the approval process, the approval process will be automatically canceled. We are assuming that you will complete the approval procedure in front of the person who will be your representative, so please complete the approval procedure as soon as possible.

  • I received a request for approval to register as a joint user from an unknown user. What should I do?
    A

    Approval requests will be automatically canceled if a certain amount of time (approximately 1 hour) passes without completing the approval procedure, so there is no problem if you leave them as they are.

  • When will the various discounts for registered joint users be applied?
    A

    It will be applied from the moment the joint user completes the approval procedure.

  • Can co-users other than the representative also check the parking fee on HILLS APP?
    A

    Not only the representative, but all registered joint users can check the parking fees for their vehicles on HILLS APP.

  • When a registered vehicle enters the parking lot, will joint users other than the representative be notified?
    A

    Not only the representative but also all registered joint users will be notified of the entry of registered vehicles.

  • Can I prevent admission notifications from being sent to co-users other than myself?
    A

    you can't. When you register as a joint user, information such as admission/participation records will be shared and notified within the group.

Parking fee payment

  • How do I pay the parking fee for the ticketless parking service?
    A

    Payment can be made using the method below.
    1) Advance web payment (credit card payment on HILLS APP)
    2) Pay with advance payment machine
    3) Pay at the exit payment machine in front of the entry gate

  • Will Hills Points be added to the parking fee?
    A

    Hills Points are not earned when paying parking fees.

  • Can I use Hills Points to pay for parking?
    A

    Hills Points cannot be used to pay for parking fees.

  • Within how many minutes should I participate after completing advance web payment (credit card payment on HILLS APP)?
    A

    Please participate within 30 minutes after completing the advance online payment. Additional parking charges will apply after 30 minutes. In this case, the parking fee will be recalculated retroactively from the time of entry, and you will be required to pay only the difference between the parking fee and the previously paid parking fee.

  • What happens if more than 30 minutes have passed after advance web payment (credit card payment on HILLS APP) was completed?
    A

    An additional parking fee will be charged 30 minutes after completing the advance online payment, but in this case, the parking fee will be recalculated retroactively from the time of entry, and only the difference between the parking fee and the previously paid parking fee will be charged. Additional payment will be required.

  • If I use the parking lot multiple times in a day, will the discount information based on the purchase amount be carried forward?
    A

    All discounts based on the purchase amount will be reset when the discount is applied to the parking fee payment, and even if there is discount information that cannot be applied, it will not be carried over to future parking fee payments.

  • If I use the parking lot multiple times in a day, will the time discounts provided by Premium Passport [4-star and 3-star members] and HILLS CARD Mastercard be applied repeatedly?

    After participating, the parking fee discount service provided by Premium Passport [4-star and 3-star members] and HILLS CARD Mastercard will be applied regardless of the number of times you use the parking lot.

  • Can I check past usage history, such as parking fees and entry/exit dates and times?

    You can check the history of up to 200 items within the past 90 days on HILLS APP 's ``Parking Lot Ticketless Service Site > My Page > Usage History'' screen.

When there is a joint user
Payment/discount application

  • Can co-users other than the representative pay the parking fee?
    A

    Anyone who is registered as a joint user can make payments.

  • If both the representative and the joint users have Premium Passport [4-star/3-star members], can the designated parking fee discount service be applied to the total number of people?
    A

    The parking fee discount service provided by Premium Passport [4-star and 3-star members] is only applicable to one person per payment.

  • If both the representative and the joint users have HILLS CARD Mastercard, can the designated parking fee discount service be applied to the total number of people?
    A

    The parking fee discount service provided by HILLS CARD Mastercard is only applicable to one person per payment.

Multiple vehicles eligible for payment at the same time
Application of discount information if you are admitted

  • If multiple registered vehicles are entering the venue at the same time, can discount information be applied separately to each vehicle?
    A

    Discount information for users (including those who are registered as joint users) cannot be divided and applied to multiple vehicles.

  • If multiple registered vehicles are entering the venue at the same time, can the discount information be applied only to a specific vehicle?
    A

    Is possible. From HILLS APP, go to the ``Parking Lot Ticketless Service Dedicated Site > My Page > Specify Discount Applicable Vehicles'' screen and specify the target vehicle. In this case, the discount information associated with the user (including those who are registered as joint users) will only be applied to the payment for the specified vehicle, and will not be applied to other vehicles.

  • Can I apply discount information to a vehicle that is not registered with the parking lot ticketless service (such as an acquaintance's vehicle)?
    A

    Is possible. From HILLS APP go to the ``Parking Lot Ticketless Service Dedicated Site > My Page > Specify Discount Applicable Vehicles'' screen, tap ``Specify Vehicles Other than Registered Vehicles,'' and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the settings. please. In this case, the discount information linked to the user (including those who are registered as joint users) will not be applied to the payment of the registered vehicle, but will be applied to the payment of the vehicle other than the registered vehicle.

  • If multiple registered vehicles enter the parking lot at the same time and you do not specify the vehicle to which the discount information will be applied, which vehicle will the discount be applied to?

    All discount information for users (including those who are registered as joint users) will be applied to the vehicle for which payment is made earliest.

  • If multiple registered vehicles enter the parking lot at the same time and there is discount information that cannot be applied to the vehicle that was paid for first, will it be carried over to the vehicle that is paid for later?
    A

    Discount information applied to the previously paid vehicle will be reset. Even if there is discount information that cannot be applied, it will not be carried over to the vehicle that will be settled later.

  • If multiple registered vehicles enter the parking lot at the same time and the payment is made first and the discount information is reset, the discount information for subsequent purchases will not be applied to the vehicles that are paid for later. Do you?

    If there is a new purchase after discount information has been applied to the vehicle that was paid for earlier, that discount information will be applied to the vehicle that is paid for later.

Problem with HILLS APP

  • The HILLS APP is not activated.
    A

    Please confirm that your smartphone's OS is within the recommended environment, and restart the app in a location with a good communication environment.

  • What do I do if I’ve forgotten my login password?
    A

    Please use the "Forgot your password?" link below the login button on the login screen to reset your password.
    (You will need to enter your PIN code for the resetting procedure)

  • What do I do if I've forgotten my HILLS ID?
    A

    Please contact HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center 03-6406-6410 (Open 7 days a week, 10:00-18:00).

  • Sometimes the HILLS APP doesn't work well, is there a solution?
    A

    (example)
    ・Unable to log in
    ・Even if I hold the app's membership card screen up, it cannot be read.
    ・Discount will not be applied even if you hold the parking fee service screen over the advance payment machine.

    The issue may be resolved by forcibly closing HILLS APP running in the background or logging out. Please try it.

Despite being registered with this service
If the entrance gate does not open

  • Even though I registered as a member of the parking lot ticketless service, the entrance gate does not open automatically.
    A

    There may be an error in the registration of the vehicle number, or there may be a reading error. Please press the parking ticket issue button to obtain a parking ticket. The entrance gate will open, so after parking, please contact your local parking lot attendant or HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center 03-6406-6410 (open 7 days a week, 10:00-18:00). We will investigate and respond.

Despite not being registered with this service
Parking ticket not issued
When the entrance gate opens

  • The gate opened without a parking ticket issued, so I entered. I have no idea that I registered for the parking lot ticketless service.
    A

    The gate opened automatically because the vehicle was recognized as registered with the parking lot ticketless service. If you are not sure, there is a possibility that the vehicle number (license plate) was incorrectly registered by a third party, or there was a reading error.
    Please contact your local parking lot attendant or HILLS APP/HILLS CARD Customer Center 03-6406-6410 (open 7 days a week, 10:00-18:00). We will investigate and respond.

  • If a parking ticket is not issued, can I receive a discount based on the purchase amount?
    A

    A parking ticket will be issued at the parking lot management office, so please insert it into the advance payment machine or exit payment machine to pay. There are two ways to receive discounts based on your purchase amount:

    1) If you have HILLS APP
    Please present HILLS APP at checkout to earn points. If you hold HILLS APP membership card QR code over the advance payment machine, a discount will be applied according to the purchase amount (discounts will not be applied at the exit payment machine).

    2) If you have HILLS CARD Mastercard
    Please present HILLS CARD Mastercard at checkout to earn points. When you insert HILLS CARD Mastercard into the advance payment machine or exit payment machine, a discount will be applied according to the purchase amount.

    3) If you do not have either HILLS APP or HILLS CARD Mastercard
    Please present your parking ticket at checkout. Register the purchase amount using the terminal at the store. When you insert your parking ticket into the advance payment machine or exit payment machine, a discount will be applied according to the purchase amount linked to the parking ticket.

  • Can I participate without a parking ticket?
    A

    Since the vehicle number is recognized at the time of entry, even if you do not have a parking ticket, you can pay at the exit payment machine and exit. If the parking fee has not been paid, the entry gate will open automatically. If there is a parking fee, please pay it at the exit payment machine at the exit gate before exiting.
