Thank you for your continued patronage of HILLS APP / HILLS CARD.

As part of our environmentally friendly efforts, we have stopped mailing the "payment statement" issued to customers who have used can also be used as a credit card, and have made a Web statement (mailing suspension service). Please switch to the method you can check at. Along with this, if you wish to continue to mail the statement, you will be required to pay the prescribed fee (110 yen [tax included] per copy). Please check the following for details such as applicable cards and when to start charging for paper usage bills.

Billed together with payment for this month

* In the following cases, no statement issuance fee will be charged.

・ Those born before October 31, 1945
・ When the statement describes the use of card shopping other than one-time payment
* Please note that the description of the second and subsequent payments for installment payments and bonus payments does not correspond to exceptions.
・ When the balance of cashing / shopping revolving payment is stated in the statement
・ 6 months including the month of card enrollment (member registration)
Example) In case of card enrollment (member registration) on November 1, 2021
There is no statement issuance fee until April 2022.
Please check the mount when the card was delivered for the "member registration date".
