Thank you for your continued patronage of HILLS APP / HILLS CARD.

As part of our environmental initiatives, we will no longer mail out "statements" to customers who use credit can also be used as a credit card, and will instead ask that you check your statements online (mail stop service). If you would like to continue receiving your statements by mail, you will be charged a set fee (110 yen per statement, tax included). Please see below for details on which cards are affected and when paper statements will begin to be charged.

*Please note that we will not charge a statement issuance fee in the following cases.

・Those born before October 31, 1945
・If your statement shows card purchases other than one-time payments
*Please note that there are no exceptions for the second or subsequent payments of installment payments or bonus payments.
・If the remaining balance of a cash advance or shopping revolving payment is shown on your statement
・6 months including the month you signed up for the card
Example: If you join the card (register as a member) on November 1, 2021
There will be no statement issuance fee until April 2022.
Please check the card that comes with your card to see the "Membership Registration Date."
