From January 27, 2021, the HILLS CARD Membership Agreement will be partially revised.

Article 1 Membership
A member is a member aged 12 years or older who, in principle, applies for membership by himself / herself after approving this agreement, and Mori Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") approves the membership. (Hereinafter referred to as "member").

Article 1 Definition
The following terms are used in this agreement.
(1) "Member" means a person who agrees to this agreement, applies for membership in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the membership.
(2) "HILLS CARD" refers to the Company or affiliated companies under this Terms of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to simply as "card") physical card to be issued and HILLS APP Terms and Conditions to provide the Company on the basis of the HILLS APP HILLS ID specified in Article 2, Paragraph 1 (2) of this Agreement, and is hereinafter referred to as the "electronic card").
(3) "This contract" means the contract between the Company and the member based on this agreement.
(4) "HILLS CARD Service" means the service (including the provision of benefits) provided by the Company to members.

Article 2 Issuance and lending of cards
1. 1. We will lend one card issued by us (hereinafter referred to as "card") to each member. The card can only be used by the member who signed the back of the card, and the card and points cannot be lent or transferred to a third party.
2. The card shall be returned to us promptly if the member withdraws or loses membership qualification.

Article 2 Issuance and lending of cards
1. 1. Members are required to be issued HILLS CARD by one of the following methods.
(1) Card: A method of applying for card issuance in accordance with the prescribed procedures of the Company or affiliated companies and receiving a card loan. Members cannot lend more than one card issued by the Company. The card can only be used by the member who signed the back of the card.
(2) electronic card: HILLS ID User Terms and Conditions in accordance with HILLS ID response to the issue of, the HILLS ID in the HILLS APP (hereinafter referred to as "how to log in to the HILLS ID called a login"). Members cannot receive multiple electronic cards (HILLS ID In addition, the electronic card (HILLS ID) can only be used by the member who has been issued HILLS ID
2. Members shall HILLS CARD at their own risk. Members may not transfer, lend, exchange, buy or sell, cash, pledge or inherit all rights and obligations related to HILLS CARD In addition, it shall not be used by a third party in any way.
3. 3. The Company HILLS CARD to be the act of the member himself / herself. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Member due to the use of the Member's HILLS CARD
Four. Members who have been lent a card pursuant to Paragraph 1 (1) shall promptly return the card to the Company or a person designated by the Company when the membership is withdrawn or the membership is lost.
Five. Minors may be issued a HILLS CARD and can use the HILLS CARD consent of a legal representative (parental guardian, etc.). However, persons under the age of 12 may not be issued HILLS CARD HILLS CARD

Article 4 Point registration and confirmation

6. The Company may register points according to the amount of usage of services of affiliated companies by members.

Article 19 Suspension of HILLS CARD Service
The Company may suspend the provision of all or part of the HILLS CARD Service without prior notice to the members in the event of any of the following reasons.
(1) When a natural disaster, an infectious disease epidemic, or other force majeure event occurs
(2) When it becomes impossible to provide HILLS CARD Service due to laws and regulations or measures based on it
(3) When repairing or maintaining the system
(4) When the load is concentrated on the system related HILLS APP due to excessive access, etc.
(5) When it becomes necessary to ensure security
(6) When it becomes impossible to provide the HILLS APP due to laws and regulations or measures based on these
(7) When other reasons similar to the preceding items occur and the Company deems it necessary
