Notice of changes to HILLS CARD Mastercard statement fees
Thank you for your continued patronage of HILLS CARD.
Due to the recent surge in resource prices and the increase in various expenses such as statement issuance fees, we have decided to revise the fee for issuing your billing statement.
We kindly ask for your understanding.

Applicable to billing statements issued from October 2026 onwards.

385 yen per letter (tax included)
[How to request a statement issuance fee]
This will be billed together with your current month's payment.
*In the following cases, we will not charge a fee for issuing a detailed statement.
- People born on or before October 31, 1945
- If your statement shows card purchases other than single payments, and you are not registered with e-Orico.
*However, this excludes cases where installment payments are listed from the second payment onwards. For bonus payments (lump sum or 2 installments), only the statement issued in the month of use is exempt from the fee; the statement for the billing month is subject to the fee.*Even if you are registered with e-Orico, if you are not registered for online statements, a fee will be charged for issuing statements.
- When the cash advance balance is listed on the statement
・Three months including the month of card enrollment (membership registration)
(Example) If you apply for a card (register as a member) on September 1, 2026
We will not charge a fee for issuing statements until November 2026.
Please check the card packaging that came with your card for your "Membership Registration Date".
