Regarding the mandatory entry of PIN when using IC chip credit cards

Thank you for your continued patronage of HILLS APP / HILLS CARD.

In accordance with the "Credit Card Security Guidelines" established by the Japan Credit Card Association, starting from Tuesday, April 1, 2025, it will be mandatory to enter your PIN when using a credit card with an IC chip.

If you do not know your credit card PIN, please contact your credit card issuer.

*Depending on the amount used, you may not be asked for a PIN number.

To ensure safe and secure credit card use, we ask for your cooperation in entering your PIN.
