Effective May 20, 2025, there will be some revisions to HILLS CARD Membership Terms and Conditions and HILLS APP Terms and Conditions.

■Changes
Article 3 Use of HILLS CARD
[Before revision]
1. The Company will register Hills Points (hereinafter referred to as "points") only when a member personally presents the member's HILLS CARD upon purchase of goods or use of services at facilities designated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "facilities") upon payment. However, in principle, points cannot be registered in the following cases. In addition, points cannot be registered after payment has been made.
(1) Cigarettes and money certificates (purchases of gift certificates, stamps, stamps, etc., and deposits to prepaid cards, etc.)
(2) Use of coupons, purchases from vending machines, parking fees, payments at event venues, etc.
(3) Services such as processing and repair fees, box fees, shipping charges, utility bills, various tax deposits, membership fees, admission fees, and accounts receivable deposits.
(4) Other stores, products, services, etc. that we designate as Not eligible for points.

1. The Company shall not be liable for any facilities orStores (hereinafter collectively referred to as "facilities, etc.")Hills Points (hereinafter referred to as "Points") will be registered only when the Member presents his/her HILLS CARD at the time of payment when purchasing a product or using a service at the Hills Mall. However, in principle, Points cannot be registered for the following items. In addition, Points cannot be registered after payment has been made.
(1) Tobacco and gift certificates (purchase of gift certificates, postage stamps, revenue stamps, etc., and deposits into prepaid cards, etc.).
(2) Using tickets, purchases from vending machines, parking fees, payments at event venues, etc.
(3) Services such as processing and repair fees, box fees, shipping fees, public utility fees, various tax deposits, membership fees, membership fees, and deposit of accounts receivable.

Article 5. Exchange of points, etc.

1. Registered points will be exchanged for separately specified facility coupons (hereinafter referred to as "refund products") according to the number of accumulated points. Exchanged points will be automatically deducted from the registered points. Registered points and refund products cannot be converted into cash (including the case of receiving change).
7. Points will be exchanged at designated exchange offices within the facility or by methods specified by our company.

1. Registered points will be calculated according to the accumulated points, as specified separately.FacilitiesPoints will be exchanged for coupons and other items (hereinafter referred to as "refund products"). The exchanged points will be automatically deducted from the registered points. Registered points and refund products cannot be converted into cash (including when giving change).
7. Points can be exchangedFacilitiesThis will be done at the designated exchange or in a manner specified by our company.
Article 16 Withdrawal and Loss of Membership
[Before revision]
2. If a member falls under any of the following items, our company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member's membership without prior notice to the member, or to take any other measures that our company deems necessary and appropriate.
(1) If a Member violates these Terms and Conditions (including the violation of the representations and promises in Article 17 of these Terms and Conditions) or other terms and conditions specified by the Company.
(2) If there is any falsehood in any information notified or otherwise provided by the Member to the Company.
(3) If the Member has not used the Points for 48 months from the last day of the month in which the Member last registered the Points (however, if the Member has not registered any Points since registering as a Member, the last day of the month in which the Member registered will be used).

2. If a member falls under any of the following items, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the member's membership without prior notice to the member:Suspension of provision of all or part of HILLS CARD Premium Stage service or other HILLS CARD services as separately specified by the CompanyWe may take any other measures that we deem necessary and appropriate.
(1) If a Member violates these Terms and Conditions (including the violation of the representations and promises in Article 17 of these Terms and Conditions) or other terms and conditions specified by the Company.
(2) If there is any falsehood in any information notified or otherwise provided by the Member to the Company.
(3) When fraudulent registration or use of points is discovered or there is a possibility of such.
(4) When an individual commits acts that are nuisances to the Company or its employees or parties involved in HILLS CARD services (hereinafter referred to as "Employees, etc.") and that harm the working environment (including, but not limited to, the acts listed below):
i) Unreasonable demands and acts against the Company or its employees
ii) Defamatory, discriminatory or other offensive remarks against the Company or its employees
(5) If the Member has not used the Points for 48 months from the last day of the month in which the Member last registered the Points (however, if the Member has not registered any Points since registering as a Member, the last day of the month in which the Member registered will be used).

Article 6 Hills Points

1. When a User presents the App before making payment for a product or service purchase at a facility designated by the Company, the User will be registered for Hills Points in accordance with HILLS CARD Membership Terms and Conditions.
[After revision]
