Menu contents: This workshop allows you to create your own original energy ball using nuts, dried fruits, and cocoa that are actually used in the shop's sweets.
Through making energy balls, we create an opportunity to think about the diet that makes up our bodies and provide a fun way to learn about health and environmental issues.
