Sports and self-defense both depend on "gaze and posture." A practical workshop for parents and children to learn together.

Menu contents
Do you ever find yourself saying, "Straighten your posture"?
In this workshop, participants will learn about the important relationship between "eye level and posture" in a child's development through hands-on experience.
Even children who are not good at sports can develop self-preservation skills and judgment by learning how to use their bodies and where to direct their gaze.
Maintaining good posture can lead to increased confidence and composure.
Why not experience the essence of positive attitudes that you and your child can apply to your daily lives?
