Let's try touching an eel.

Menu contents
Food education is defined as "children acquiring correct knowledge about food and desirable eating habits."
By allowing people to touch the eels, watch them being prepared, and enjoy eating the delicious food, we hope to convey the importance of not wasting any part of a living creature's life.
At the end of the workshop, you and your child can enjoy eating the eel you caught, served in two bento boxes.
