How to purchase Mori Art Museum / Tokyo City View tickets
【Notes】
- -One free coupon Mori Art Museum, one free coupon Tokyo City View, one 500 yen discount coupon Mori Art Museum, and one 500 yen discount coupon Tokyo City View will be distributed.
- ・Each coupon can be used by up to two people. (Each coupon is valid only once.)
- ・Tickets must be purchased separately to enter each facility.
(If you wish to visit both Mori Art Museum and Tokyo City View, please purchase tickets for each museum.) - ・Only one coupon can be used per purchase. If you wish to use multiple coupons, you will need to place an order each time.
- ・After purchasing a ticket, it will take approximately 3 minutes from the time the ticket appears on "My Page" until you can use it at the entrance gate.
- ・Each coupon is valid until Saturday, May 31, 2025.
- ・Please note that admission may be restricted or additional charges may apply when special events are held at individual facilities.

[STEP 1] Register your "Museum/Observatory ID"

Tap "Tickets" on HILLS APP home screen and select "Mori Art Museum & Observatory."

Tap "New Registration" at the bottom of the screen.

After entering the required information, check the terms and conditions and tap "Confirm input details."

Please confirm your registration details.
Tap "Send."

Tap "Link HILLS ID" →
Tap "Link to HILLS ID."
* Your registered HILLS ID will be displayed.
[STEP 2] Make a reservation for a specific date and time (in advance)

Tap "Tickets" on HILLS APP home screen and select "Mori Art Museum & Observatory."

Scroll down from the site's home page and tap the facility you want to use under "Choose tickets by facility."
*The image shows the "Tokyo City View" option.
The following screen may be displayed.
Please log in with HILLS ID and proceed to step ③.

Tap "Purchase/Reserve."

Select the date and time from the calendar and tap "Select ticket".
*Please be sure to proceed by clicking [Purchase] rather than [Reserve].

Select the number of tickets and tap "Purchase/Reserve."
*This screen shows the amount before the discount is applied, but please proceed anyway.

When entering your order information, select "Use your existing coupon" under "Coupon Information" and choose the coupon you want to use (free or 500 yen discount for companions).

Select the order you want and tap "Purchase."
*Please confirm that various discounts have been applied to the total amount.
*After completing your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your purchase is complete.
[STEP 3] Display your online ticket (on the day)

From "My Page," tap "Ticket/Gift Purchase/Reservation History."

Tap "Online ticket (E-ticket)".

Scan the displayed QR code at the 3rd floor gate or at the entrance to each facility to enter.
* Companions can also enter using the QR code, or they can exchange their tickets for paper tickets at the ticket vending machine or at the Museum & Observatory Ticket/Information desk using the "Exchange QR Code" displayed at the bottom.
