Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

[Before revision]

1. In handling personal information, the Company shall comply with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, including subsequent amendments)” and shall manage the personal information with the due care of a good manager.
2. The Company will use personal information for the purposes prescribed in the following items and will not provide personal information obtained from Members to any third party, except as permitted by laws and regulations or with Members’ consent:
(1) to provide the Services properly;
(2) for the development of parking lots or stores or other facilities having parking lots, and for the development of products and services pertaining thereto and research activities such as trading area analysis;
(3) to link with any other services of the Company using HILLS ID;
(4) to process information to enable Members to confirm their payment status;
(5) to provide information regarding the Services. However, if a Member requests the Company to discontinue such provision of information, the Company will discontinue it. Members may request such discontinuance to the inquiry desk indicated at the end of these Rules, but the Company may continue to provide information necessary for the operation of the Services.
3. The Company may outsource the handling of Members’ personal information to subcontractors to the extent necessary for the operation of the Services.
4. In addition to the above, the Company shall comply with the 
Privacy Policy of the Company regarding handling of personal information.

In order for the card issuer to detect and prevent fraudulent use, we will provide the card issuer used by the member with the member's name, telephone number, e-mail address, information regarding Internet usage environment, and other personal information. If the card issuer used by the member is located in a foreign country, this information may be transferred to that issuer. The destination of the transferred information will vary depending on the card issuer used by the member, and we cannot specify in advance the foreign country to which the information will be transferred.
4. The Company may outsource the handling of Members’ personal information to subcontractors to the extent necessary for the operation of the Services.
5. In addition to the above, the Company shall comply with the 
Privacy Policy of the Company regarding handling of personal information.
